Our story
Josh’s company, Josh on the job.
My Tree Guys, LLC is a licensed and insured tree service based in Lee's Summit, Missouri, run by its owner, Josh.
Josh has 18 years of tree work behind him, going on 19. He holds a 30-hour OSHA certification and a high angle rescue certification, which counts when the job means climbing and rigging over a house.
Homeowners and business owners around Lee's Summit call us for removals, trims, stump grinding and storm cleanup, and they keep calling back for recurring pruning, because the trees keep growing and we do what we say.
We bring the lift and climbing gear to work on trees of all sizes, including the ones leaning over a house, a deck or the lines. Josh does the estimates himself, explains exactly what’s getting cut, and he’s there on the day the work gets done. When we leave, the brush and debris leave with us.

Josh removed four large trees from our yard and with other trees, a deck and power lines in the area, he was careful not to cause any collateral damage. He ground out the stumps, filled the areas with soil and planted grass. Josh and his two helpers, Caleb and Sam, did a great job of cleaning up all the debris and hauled everything away.
