Raymore, in northern Cass County just south of Lee's Summit, grew fast, and much of it is newer subdivisions on open, rolling ground. The trees are younger than in the older towns, but they take the full force of the wind, and many were never pruned for structure when they were small. On the edges of town, older tree rows, fence lines and acreage still need clearing.

From our base in Lee's Summit, Raymore is about 15 to 20 minutes south, close enough for estimates, trims and storm calls.
